Cash Me may operate directly or in cooperation with third parties, including but not limited to licensed financial institutions, Banking-as-a-Service providers, payment processors, acquirers, card issuers, e-money institutions, crypto service providers, KYC/KYB providers, technology vendors and compliance partners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, requesting onboarding, using the platform, submitting documents or using any Cash Me service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, complete and up to date.

5. Third-Party Providers and Partner Rules

Certain services offered or promoted by Cash Me rely on third-party providers, including banks, financial institutions, BaaS providers, payment processors, acquirers, issuers, crypto service providers, KYC/KYB vendors and technology partners.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• the final approval, availability, continuation or limitation of any service may depend on third-party provider review and acceptance;
• third-party providers may impose onboarding requirements, transaction monitoring, reserve requirements, prohibited activity lists, limits, holds or termination rights;
• Cash Me may suspend, restrict, refuse or terminate services where required by law, internal policy, partner instruction or provider risk decision;
• Cash Me is not liable for delays, refusals, restrictions, suspensions or interruptions caused by third-party providers acting under their own policies, legal obligations or risk frameworks.

6. Compliance and Verification

To access certain services, users may be required to provide personal data, identification documents, company documents, UBO information, proof of address, source of funds, source of wealth, business activity information, transaction purpose, expected volumes and other documents required for compliance review.

• KYC — Know Your Customer checks;
• KYB — Know Your Business checks;
• AML — Anti-Money Laundering monitoring;
• sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening;
• fraud prevention and transaction monitoring;
• ongoing due diligence and regulatory reporting where applicable.

Cash Me reserves the right to request additional information at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in delay, refusal, restriction, suspension or termination of services.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Cash Me website, platform or services for any unlawful, restricted or unauthorised activity, including but not limited to:

• money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, deception or misrepresentation;
• sanctions violations or dealings with restricted persons, countries or entities;
• illegal gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking or other unlawful sectors;
• unauthorised financial services, investment schemes or unlicensed regulated activity;
• misuse of accounts, IBANs, wallets, payment instruments, cards or financial infrastructure;
• any activity that may expose Cash Me or its partners to legal, regulatory, operational or reputational risk.

Cash Me may maintain and update a list of restricted or prohibited industries, activities and jurisdictions based on internal policies and partner requirements.

8. Fees and Commercial Terms

Fees, pricing, charges, limits, reserves and commercial terms may vary depending on customer profile, jurisdiction, risk level, business activity, volumes, payment methods, provider fees and the services requested.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, pricing displayed on the website is indicative only and may be changed at any time. Final pricing and service terms may be set out in a separate proposal, onboarding document, order form, agreement or individual contract.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Cash Me may collect, process, verify, store and share personal and business data for operational, contractual, security, fraud prevention, compliance, legal and regulatory purposes.

Personal data processing may be subject to applicable Lithuanian and European Union data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable. 10. Crypto, FX and Financial Risk Notice

Where crypto, stablecoin, FX, on/off-ramp or digital asset features are made available, such services may be provided through authorised third-party providers and may be subject to additional terms, eligibility checks, regulatory restrictions and risk warnings.

• Cryptoassets may be volatile and may lose value.
• Stablecoins may involve issuer, network, liquidity, regulatory and operational risks.
• FX rates may fluctuate and fees may apply.
• Transactions may be delayed, rejected, reviewed, frozen or reversed where required by law, compliance rules or provider policies.

Cash Me does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee the value, liquidity, availability or performance of any asset, currency, token or transaction route.

11. Intellectual Property

Where liability cannot be excluded, Cash Me’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client to Cash Me for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the relevant event, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash Me, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, providers and partners from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, violation of law, false information, unauthorised activity or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

Cash Me may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website, platform or any service where fraud, unlawful activity, breach of Terms, regulatory risk, reputational risk, missing documents, unsatisfactory compliance information, provider instruction or legal obligation is identified.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
